0.45mm Chemical Corrosion Resistant Orange Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric

One side silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made of glass fiber woven fabric. It is coated with 40g/m2 orange silicone/rubber on one side. The basic fiberglass fabric is 3732 which is able to resisting a high temperature of 550 degree Celsius. But when it is coated orange rubber/silicone, the coating can withstand only 260 degree Celsius.

Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a flexible but durable, fire resistant fabric. It is made from e-glass fiberglass cloth which has great features such as dimension stability, chemand high strength. And because of the silicone coating's special properties, this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is always used in industrial field products such as fire blanket, expansion joints, pump/pipeline thermal insulation jackets and fire fighting equipments.

Fiber glass yarn of this silicone coated fabric is e-glass G37 1/0 0.7Z yarn.
Total weight of this silicone coated fiber glass fabric will be about 470g/m2. 430g/m2+40g/m2 coating on single side. 100cm, 127cm, 155cm are very common and convenient width we produce(more economical price and less lead time)
